One task in my current workflow can be researched in ChatGPT, implemented by Codex, challenged by Claude, reviewed by another Codex session, and updated in the project through MCP.
It is how I work today.
The awkward part is that most project tools have no real model for this.
They may summarize a ticket or generate subtasks, while the agents doing the work still live outside the project. I remain the relay between chats, repositories, decisions and the board.
So while building other products, my cofounder and I built The Tam.
People work through the UI. Agents work with the same projects through MCP, using their own service accounts, permissions and attributed actions.
We already use it to build The Tam and our other products.
